Brilliant service! Ordered a booster tin and an ETB (along with a single). Was in formed promptly about the pre-order rules, so that there was no confusion around shipping dates. I decided to make a second order of another ETB and booster tin.
They agreed to combine the orders so that I got the ETB's on launch day and the Booster tins will be sent in time for their release too. Packaging was great, the single was kept safe amongst the ETB's also. Really happy with the overall service, but especially the customer care, will be using them a lot more from now on.
